Bulk Discount Now does not yet have a feature to hide the group title, but this can be done via CSS.
To hide the discount group title on the product page:

Go to the Settings tab in either app

Scroll down to the Custom CSS section

For Bulk Discount Now, copy and paste the following line:

.quantity-breaks-now-discount-title{display:none;}

Save your changes

Visit your product page to confirm the title is now hidden. If not, please contact support for assistance.
